    • when you view a HayBuy page and when you leave a page;
    • how you interact with the HayBuy site including clicks, taps, and changes to input fields;
    • capturing mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling which may be recorded and replayed by HayBuy; and
    • technical information like browser type and time spent on specific HayBuy pages.
  • Information from third-party sources (if applicable): If you choose to link your HayBuy account with another service or third-party partner, we may receive information from them. We only do this if it's legal and you have given us your consent.

Transactional Communications – These include account notifications, order status updates, supplier quotes, security alerts, and other service-related messages necessary to operate your account. You agree to receive these communications as part of your use of the Haybuy platform.

  • Transactional SMS are sent only to users who provide their phone number and opt in at signup.
  • Each SMS includes opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").
  • You may also opt out of SMS notifications at any time from your account settings.

Marketing Communications (Optional) – With your separate and explicit consent, we may send you promotional offers, newsletters, or other marketing messages. You are not required to consent to marketing SMS to use the HayBuy platform and you may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message.

  • You acknowledge that opting out of receiving all messages may impact your use of HayBuy's services.
